Yoga Nidra: Towards Accepting All of You
A common affirmation in Amrit Method® Yoga Nidra is “I love and accept myself, just as I am.” In this workshop, we are going to take a closer look at this affirmation. What might it feel like to love and accept ourselves, just as we are? What parts of ourselves do we not love and accept? Why are loving and accepting these parts so challenging? We will have a yoga nidra to help us with these questions and a time to debrief. Suggestion: bring a journal and something with which to write.
