Sat Nam Rasayan® is an ancient healing art in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga taught by Yogi Bhajan. The practice of Sat Nam Rasayan® allows a deep experience of meditation, healing, and relaxation.
In this 3-hour workshop we will work in pairs to heal and be healed. We will help each other relieve our stress, stabilize our minds, and achieve a deep state of peace.
Each month, in a 3-hour workshop, we have the opportunity to study this ancient art which provides a profound experience of healing and relaxation. We will work in pairs to heal and to be healed, relieving our stress, stabilizing our minds, and achieving a deep state of peace. “Sat Nam Rasayan” means “Deep Relaxation in the True Identity.”
Everyone benefits from the study of Sat Nam Rasayan®. It is free of dogma and open to all. You needn’t be a healer or yogi to study it. The purpose of Sat Nam Rasayan® is to serve the world. It is applicable to all situations, including family and workplace dynamics.
Yogi Bhajan passed the Sat Nam Rasayan® lineage to his student, Guru Dev Singh Khalsa and charged Guru Dev with creating a methodology and school for teaching Sat Nam Rasayan® openly. Previously, it had only been passed from teacher to student in silence, and Guru Dev learned Sat Nam Rasayan® in this traditional manner, sitting in silence in Yogi Bhajan’s presence. Guru Dev has now been traveling the world for over 25 years, bringing the blessing of Sat Nam Rasayan® to those who wish to learn it.
