Taking Your Yoga Practice to the Next Level

The Sadhana of Prana Program is a two day yoga practice intensive which consists of participants practicing Sadhana together. The program was created by Senior Teacher Chandrakant from the Amrit Yoga Institute to allow his fellow Sadaks an opportunity to deepen their connection to the energy of the Lineage of Light and each other.  Chandrakant expresses the importance of Knowledge and Experience so we will be providing you with a framework of knowledge to deepen your understanding of your practice and enhance your Sadhana experience.  Think of this as a two day yoga retreat where you are immersed in the energy of the Lineage and allowed to follow Prana to the deepest corners of healing within you.

Meet Indu Heather Eilering:  Heather’s journey with Yoga has taken her to the core of her Soul to discover an inner heatherStrength and Peace she never knew possible.  Heather has committed herself to Amrit Yoga through the process of taking every major Yoga training they have offered, including Initiation to the Lineage and receiving her name Indu. Indu has been the owner of Santosha Yoga Studio for 7 years now.  She has taught at 4 yoga trainings through the Amrit Yoga Institute as well as facilitating a Level I Amrit Yoga Teacher Training at Santosha Yoga Studio.  Her passion to express the power and love of Amrit Yoga is fully expressed in her teaching style.

Meet Kavita Lori Richardson:  Working within the framework of Amrit Yoga principles, Kavita excels at teachinglori fundamental movement through her exploration of various paths of movement including: Pilates, Belly dance, Chi gong; and diverse paths of yoga such as Vini yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga.  With more than 10 years of teaching experience, she is certified through the Amrit Yoga Institute Level 2 Teacher Certification.  Kavita graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2009 from CCRI, with AAS, and practices outpatient therapeutics at Whole Health PT in Pawtucket, RI. She brings to all her teachings and practices the intention of blending both Western and Eastern healing techniques and philosophy.
