Using simple stretching for stress relief and relaxation, easy pranayama, longer meditations, and kirtan, the practice will bring a quiet centering to day’s end. Discover the joy of evening practice, of closing the day consciously. Allow these hours to be a time of closure and lovingly release the day and guide yourself to ecstatic sleep.
