Chair Yoga is perfect for you if you’re brand-new to yoga, if it’s challenging for you to get up and down from the floor, or if you want to try a yoga class that delivers the benefits of gentle stretching and breathing exercises.
Happy Hour Community YOGA
Join us on the 4th Friday of every month from 6:00-7:15pm.
Every 4th Friday, come to unwind and begin your weekend refreshed and at peace. This is a community yoga class, which means it’s by donation. It also means the class aims to be for everyone, because the teacher will tailor the class to suit whoever shows up!
