SHAPE: Yoga For Fat Bodies is back!
This yoga series is an radically-inclusive, size-affirmative, non-judgmental yoga class for all body types, including fat, curvy, round, and people living in all shaped or expressed bodies. There won’t be a focus on changing the size, weight, or appearance of the body — we practice moving and honoring the body as it is.
Introduction to the Shamanic Journey
2nd Thursday of every month from 7:30-8:45pm

The shamanic journey offers a path to self-discovery and personal empowerment. After identifying and getting to know your guides, or teachers, in “non-ordinary reality,” you can turn to them for wisdom – to this natural intelligence that lives in all of us – whenever you feel the need for advice or whenever you have a problem to solve.
An Evening of Yoga Nidra & Reiki

Suspended in the space between wakefulness and sleep, the healing energy of Reiki and the meditative state of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) merge to offer balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.

Join us on the 4th Friday of every month from 6:00-7:15pm.
Every 4th Friday, come to unwind and begin your weekend refreshed and at peace. This is a community yoga class, which means it’s by donation. It also means the class aims to be for everyone, because the teacher will tailor the class to suit whoever shows up!
Join us on the 1st Sunday of every month, from 3-5pm.
