Register for BOTH Creating Dinacharya and Seasonal Changes for your Ayurvedic Routine for a discounted package price: Members: $30, Non-Members: $45
Dinacharya is the Sanskrit word for “daily ritual” or “daily routine.” Ayurvedic medicine regards the daily routine as a foundation to good health. There is a standard recommended routine which can be modified to each individual’s needs, as well as to the seasons.
In this workshop, Julie will guide you through the general recommended daily routine. This will include learning about how the time and our activities affect our health. You will begin to explore your constitution and how that may affect your personal Dinacharya. Activities will include evaluating your present daily routine, determining your primary dosha,* and committing to including one change to include in your present schedule.
Attendance at this workshop is recommended prior to attending the Seasonal Changes for your Ayurvedic Routine.
*A simple assessment will be completed by each participant to determine their primary dosha. A complete Ayurvedic assessment is needed to accurately determine your dosha (constitution).
