Breathing into the Chakras
Janie’s most popular workshop from the spring is back!
We’ll begin with the profound benefits of breath practice (pranayama). Then, we’ll use the powerful combination of pranayama, chanting, and asana (yoga poses) to clear your chakras.
The chakras are the seven energy centers that extend in a column from the base of the spine up to the top of the head. When the flow of energy in a chakra becomes blocked, we may develop illness, pain, or discomfort. In this workshop, we’ll use both breath and sound to help clear all the chakras and heal the whole body.
When we join together in this practice, we multiply our collective impact. Your breathing and chanting becomes part of one shared resonance, allowing for deep and subtle releases in body, mind, and spirit.
